Chilly Jilly searched for the perfect fabric. We had three major criteria that had to be met.

1. The Chilly Jilly had to fold small enough to fit in a ladies pocketbook and not wrinkle
2. The Chilly Jilly had to be soft and comfortable
3. The Chilly Jilly had to be able to provide the right amount of warmth

The end result is our special blend of polyester and elastine. Why? It folds small and does not wrinkle, it is soft against the skin, and it provides the warmth needed. Problem Solved!! In addition, our special shape and design makes the Chilly Jilly attractive on any woman. Hopefully, carrying a sweater or shawl over your arm, around your waist or draped over your pocketbook "just in case" is a thing of the past.
